Regarding payment methods, we inform you that all Visa, Mastercard, EuroLine, Diners credit cards are accepted in our online store. For your greater security, we assure you that every transaction you make in our online store is protected by high-tech online security systems (SSL-128 bit). If you choose to pay by credit card you must follow the instructions in our online store. Fill in the order form, your credit card number and expiration date. When the customer is a company, then the credit card must be corporate, i.e. it must have been issued to the details of the respective company and the authorized owner must be present with the credit card and his ID when the order is delivered.

Shipping Cost / Free Delivery
When your order exceeds €150, you are not charged with transport costs, to any non-accessible land part of Greece. For orders under €150 and up to 5 kg, the shipping costs are €5.
For hard-to-reach and insular areas, a phone call will be made to inform you of the shipping cost.
Completion of order: As soon as the registration of your order is completed, a message appears on your screen “Thank you. We have received your order!” Your order number also appears in your email.
Delivery Dates and Times
We ship products throughout Greece using a courier service. roarselection.com cooperates with a courier company for the transport of the products. For orders placed before 14.00 from Monday to Friday (as long as it is a working day), the products will start to be prepared on the same day. Orders placed after 14.00 will begin to be prepared for dispatch by the courier company on the next working day. Orders received on Friday after 14:00 and during the weekend will begin to be prepared for dispatch on Monday (if it is a business day). Deliveries are made throughout the day from 09:00 to 18:00. In the event that the customer wishes to have his order delivered beyond the delivery times applicable in the online store, the maximum time frame is 7 days after the end of the delivery date. In the event that the time margin exceeds this period, the order will be delivered with the retail prices valid on the day the products are shipped.
